In Nepal, there are two types of trekking which are called Tea House Trek and Camping Trekking. most of the trekking regions, lodges and guest houses are built, they are able to provide all kinds of meals and stay for lodges, so it is calle Tea House Trek.
In Everest Region, Everest Base Camp Trek, Gokyo Lake Trek and Everest View trek are popular in Tea House Trek.
In Annapurna Region, Annapurna Base Camp, Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, Ghandrung Village Trek, Annapurna Circuit Trek etc.
Even some trekking routes are goes through virgin Jungle, hill and clift, where nothing available except the trekking route, in those areas, we organize, all trekking equiment means we use tent, ktichen crews, guide, porter, Sherpa with full arrangement of lodging and meals. Also stay in camp to camp in Camping sites and sleep in tent.
So it is called camping trek. There are some trekking routes which can operate with camping only. Upper Dolpo, Lower Dolpo Trek and Boudha Himal Trek etc.
