Adventure Land Nepal began operating in 2003 under the leadership of founder and Managing Director Chij Jung Gurung.

The season, road conditions, walking difficulty, altitude, available time and preferred pace can all affect how an itinerary should be planned. These considerations have shaped the way we organize trips from our base in Kathmandu.
As the company developed, its work expanded from Nepal tours and trekking programs to include cultural journeys, hiking, sightseeing, mountain flights and regional travel across Tibet, Bhutan and India.
The legal company name is Adventure Land Nepal Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. We also use Adventure Land Nepal and Nepal Tour Hiking publicly. These names refer to the same Kathmandu-based travel business.
