Adventure Land Nepal: Booking Terms and Conditions (Simplified)
Booking Your Trip:
• You make a contract with Adventure Land Nepal (Nepal) by booking.
• All communication happens through the address on your booking form.
• Bookings require a completed form and a 50% deposit.
• A deposit doesn’t guarantee confirmation. The company can refuse bookings without reason and return the deposit.
• Full payment is due 30 days before departure. They can cancel your booking and keep the deposit if not received.
• Bookings within 30 days of departure require full payment upfront.
• Mention any special requests (dietary needs) on the booking form.
• The company will provide the services confirmed in writing.
Price:
• The company doesn’t have to break down holiday costs.
• They can raise the price before accepting your booking.
• After confirmation, the price can change in limited cases (transportation cost changes, government fees, currency exchange).
• They will absorb some cost increases before passing them on to you (up to 2% of the holiday price).
• You can cancel your booking within 14 days of receiving a revised invoice with a price increase of 10% or more and get a full refund.
• Pay for your holiday in full at booking to lock in the quoted price.
Changes and Cancellations by the Company:

ii. Choose another trip from them.
iii. Cancel your trip (with possible compensation).
• No compensation for minor changes (flight time changes, restaurant swaps).
• They are not liable for cancellations caused by unforeseen events (war, natural disasters, etc.). Travel insurance is recommended.
• The company can cancel your trip anytime, even after confirmation, with a full refund but no compensation.
• Transportation is subject to carrier terms, which may limit liability.
• They can cancel your booking if you don’t pay the balance 30 days before departure (cancellation charges apply).
• They can refuse anyone who might endanger others on the trip.

Our Responsibilities:
• The company doesn’t own or manage the facilities used in their tours (flights, hotels, restaurants).

iii. Unforeseen events beyond their control (even with due care).

• Behave appropriately and don’t disrupt others’ enjoyment. Breaching this can lead to immediate termination of your trip with no further obligation from the company. They can recover compensation for any damages.
• Disclose any pre-existing medical conditions for everyone in your party on the booking form.
• Your personal belongings are at your own risk. They are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed luggage unless directly caused by their negligence.
