Here is the step-by-step guide for your clients:
1. How to Secure Your Spot (Booking Process)
Select Your Package: Browse our Cultural Tours or Trekking itineraries.
Inquiry & Customization: Contact us to tailor the itinerary to your specific historical or cultural interests.
Booking Deposit: To officially confirm your spot and allow us to book your hotels, heritage permits, and domestic flights, we require a 20% to 30% advance deposit.
Confirmation: Once the deposit is received, we will send you a Booking Confirmation Letter and an official invoice.
2. Secure Payment Methods
We offer three reliable ways to pay. Choose the one that is most convenient for you:
Option A: Online Credit/Debit Card (Instant)
We use a Secure SSL-encrypted Payment Gateway that complies with Nepal Rastra Bank regulations.
Accepted Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Note: A standard 3.5% to 4% bank surcharge is applied by the credit card processing bank (not by Adventure Land Nepal Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd).
Benefit: Instant confirmation and highly secure.
Option B: Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT)
For larger payments, many guests prefer a direct bank-to-bank transfer.

3. Final Payment & Documents
The final balance must be cleared during your pre-trip briefing in Kathmandu. Once the full payment is received, we will hand over your:
