Paragliding activity in Pokhara

Pokhara is becoming one of the world’s best destinations for tourists to experience the Himalayas and is one of the world’s best locations for paragliding. Observing glory of Annapurna range and beautiful land escapes around Pokhara valley.

The season runs from early October until the beginning of May. The most popular months are November, December and January because of the super consist weather during this time. Experiences Visitors:

If you are an experienced paragliding and want to fly on your own, you can get a flying permit from the civil aviation office in Pokhara. The permit costs (45 $) for 15 days which can renew upon expiration. It takes about 1 hour to get permit and you need provide them with a passport photo copy, visa photo copy, photo of yourself, proof of insurance and your paragliding license.
