I had a fantastic experience with Adventure Land Nepal. Right from the start, they were easy to communicate with, incredibly helpful, reasonably priced, and flexible. I embarked on the 12-day Everest Base Camp trek and also opted for the Chitwan National Park package.

Our guide, Rakesh, was exceptional. With over 100 trips to Everest Base Camp under his belt, his expertise was evident. Throughout the journey, Rakesh offered valuable suggestions to enhance our experience, showing his adaptability, warmth, and profound insight. His genuine concern for our well-being and enjoyment of the trip was palpable. Bhim, our porter, was diligent, courteous, and a valuable addition to the team.

The Chitwan Park extension was a highlight for me. It offered a wonderful jungle experience, complete with encounters with elephants, rhinos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species. Although I initially found the price to be on the higher side, I now recognize it as excellent value. The accommodation felt like a luxurious resort, complete with delicious food and knowledgeable tour guides, all nestled amidst nature. Just be prepared for a lengthy (5-9 hours depending on traffic) and occasionally bumpy bus ride to and from Chitwan, albeit with the comfort of air conditioning.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Adventure Land Nepal team and Rakesh to anyone seeking adventure in Nepal. If I ever return, I would eagerly choose them again.

The Ghorepani Poon Hill trek was absolutely amazing! Witnessing the sunrise each morning made every step worthwhile. Adventure Land Nepal did a fantastic job organizing everything. Our porter and guide, Kanya and Karna, were an exceptional team. Their cheerful demeanor, constant support, and thorough communication made our 7-day journey even more enjoyable. They catered to our every need, ensuring we were well-fed and hydrated with plenty of snacks along the way. We couldn’t have asked for better companions on this adventure!

Fortunately, my instincts were right. From the moment I stepped out of the airport and met my guide Hari, everything proceeded smoothly and according to plan. Of course, there were challenges along the way, particularly as we ascended to the base camp at over 4,000 meters. However, this was expected and precisely what we had prepared for. With Kanya’s expertise, assistance, and clear instructions, we successfully reached the base camp on schedule. I am immensely grateful for our outstanding team and the constant support we provided one another.

Reflecting on my journey, I realize that choosing the right company was crucial. Their meticulously planned itinerary included two acclimatization days, which I initially anticipated would be restful. To my surprise, these days were even more rigorous than regular trekking days, with Kanya incorporating climbing training disguised as “pleasant and relaxing” sightseeing. Yet, it proved instrumental in helping us adjust to the altitude.

In conclusion, I extend my heartfelt thanks to Kanya, Bhim, my teammate Timmy, and the entire Adventure Land Nepal team.
