Adventure Land Nepal proved to be an excellent choice for my inaugural trekking experience in Nepal. Opting for the Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek provided a perfect introduction, offering breathtaking vistas without the intense altitude of higher elevation treks. Traversing through numerous mountain villages added to the excitement, culminating in a mesmerizing sunrise against the backdrop of some of the world’s tallest peaks. The blooming flowers in March added a delightful touch to the journey.

Traveling solo after wrapping up a project in Kathmandu, I seized the opportunity to join a group, forging new friendships with fellow adventurers from Singapore during our shared days of trekking and dining. Our guide, Khadka, impressed us with his extensive knowledge and expertise, while the porters, with their remarkable strength and warmth, ensured our group’s well-being throughout.

A piece of advice for future travelers: if your budget allows, consider taking a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara instead of enduring the arduous 8+ hour bus ride recommended by Adventure Land Nepal. The short flight offers a much smoother and less taxing journey.

Our family, with our two kids in tow, had an extraordinary experience during the Everest Base Camp Trek organized by Adventure Land Nepal. They ensured seamless operations throughout the journey. Delighted with my experience with Nepal Adventure Land Nepal. Right from the outset, they were incredibly easy to coordinate with, offering assistance, fair pricing, and flexibility. I undertook the 15-day Gokyo Lakes, Cho La Pass, and Everest Base Camp trek, alongside the Chitwan National Park package.

Our guide, Kanya, was exceptional, boasting extensive expertise with over 100 trips to EBC. His invaluable suggestions along the trail helped optimize each day, ensuring we made the most of our journey. Kanya’s adaptability, warmth, and knowledge were truly priceless; it was evident that he prioritized our well-being and enjoyment throughout. Additionally, porter Sukra’s diligent work ethic and courteous demeanor were commendable.

The Chitwan park add-on was a wise decision. It offered a remarkable jungle experience complete with elephants, rhinos, crocodiles, and a myriad of bird species. Though initially wary of the price, I now realize it was exceptional value. The accommodations resembled a resort, featuring excellent meals, knowledgeable tour guides, and close proximity to nature. Just brace yourself for a lengthy (5-9 hours depending on traffic) and occasionally bumpy bus ride to/from Chitwan, albeit thankfully air-conditioned.

I wholeheartedly endorse Adventure Land Nepal and Kanya to anyone seeking adventure in Nepal. Should I return, I would eagerly entrust my journey to them once more.
